Noorani Department - Enrol Now

Our Quran reading and Tajweed course (Basic Qaida) has been arranged with great care. Students learn in detail, from the basics of the Quran right through to Tajweed.

About 6 months From the very beginning One-to-One

Course Duration

  • About 6 months - this may be shorter or longer depending on the student.

Course Contents

  • Qaida & Ampara: Nadiyatul Quran Qaida and Ampara will be taught.
  • Tajweed: Tajweed is taught by the Noorani method, following the syllabus of the Noorani Talimul Quran Board.

Additional Learning

  • Salah Lessons (Part 1): Students memorise the surahs and duas of salah, from Takbir-e-Tahrima to the closing salam.
  • Salah Lessons (Part 2): The necessary masail before and after salah are memorised.
  • The Five Pillars of Islam: Basic teaching and memorisation of Kalima, Salah, Sawm, Hajj and Zakat.
  • 20 Essential Duas & Durood: 20 duas for everyday life are memorised.

Nazera Department - Advanced Quran Learning

This course is for those who can read the Noorani Qaida well with Tajweed and have begun reading Ampara (Para 30).

One and a half years Advanced level Entrance test applies

How the Course is Arranged

  • Starting point: Lessons begin with Ampara (Para 30).
  • Makhraj: Special practice of the 17 makharij.
  • Tajweed: Tajweed is taught from the book "Noorani Poddhotite Quran Shikkha" by Qari Belayet Saheb.
  • Memorising Surahs: The last ten surahs of the Quran, along with Ayatul Kursi, are memorised.
  • Daily lesson: A lesson is given in every class and recited back in the next class, in sha Allah (compulsory).

Alongside the Quran Class

  • The Five Pillars of Islam: Basic teaching on Kalima, Salah, Sawm, Hajj and Zakat, with the essentials memorised.
  • Salah lessons: Complete salah instruction is provided.
  • Duas & Durood of Salah: All duas and durood from the opening takbir to the closing salam are memorised.
  • Everyday duas: 20 duas for daily life are memorised.
  • Masail: The masail needed in everyday life are taught.
Note: before admission to the Nazera and Hifzul Quran courses, a short test is taken to check readiness.

Hifzul Quran Department

This course is entirely for general students. It is mainly for those studying at school, college or university who also wish to memorise part of the Quran, the surahs used in daily practice, or the whole of the Quranul Kareem.

The Three Categories

  • Category 1: Memorising Ampara, that is Para 30 of the Quran.
  • Category 2: Memorising Ampara along with the surahs used in daily practice.
  • Category 3: Hifz of the full thirty paras of the Quran.

Order of Recitation

  • First - Sabaq: The new lesson is recited.
  • Second - Sat Sabaq: The earlier pages of the current para are recited.
  • Third - Amukhta: The paras already completed are recited.

Students should prepare the lesson at home before class. There are also excellent guidelines on how to memorise and how to retain what is memorised, which the teacher explains during class days, in sha Allah.

Note: for now, Categories 1 and 2 of Hifzul Quran are running. Category 3 will be opened later based on student interest, in sha Allah.
